TERMS OF SERVICE

The agreement, in language you can actually read.

Effective August 2, 2026

These terms apply when you use Climbora. We have written them to be understood rather than to be impressive. If something here is unclear, ask us at hello@climbora.ai and we will explain it.

Who provides Climbora

Climbora is operated by AZR Tech-Solutions LLC. In these terms, “we” and “Climbora” mean that company, and “you” means the person using the service.

What Climbora does

Climbora is career tooling built on AI. It helps you keep a verified record of your experience, analyse how you fit a role, tailor application material, track applications, practise interviews, and get live assistance during interviews you are permitted to use it in.

Climbora does not find you a job, apply on your behalf, or guarantee any outcome. Nothing here is career, legal, financial, or immigration advice.

Your account

You sign in through ChatGPT. You are responsible for the security of that account, and for what happens under your Climbora account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you may not share one account across several people.

You can disconnect any linked desktop device at any time from Connect desktop app in your workspace.

Subscriptions and payment

Climbora offers four plans: Monthly at $59, 3 Months at $149, 6 Months at $269, and Annual at $449. Payment is taken up front for the whole term. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are.

Every plan renews automatically at the end of its term unless you cancel first. A Monthly plan renews every month, a 3 Months plan every three months, a 6 Months plan every six months, and an Annual plan every year, each charged at the then-current price for that plan. We will tell you before any price change affects a renewal.

You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal, linked from Plans & billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep full access until the end of the term you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate a term you have chosen to end early, except under the guarantee below.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Climbora never receives or stores your card number.

14-day money-back guarantee

If Climbora is not right for you, email hello@climbora.ai within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason.

Your subscription is then cancelled and your access ends when the refund is issued, rather than continuing to the end of the term. That is the trade: a full refund rather than a partial one, and access stops when the money goes back.

The guarantee applies to each payment within 14 days of it being taken, including a renewal you did not intend. Your account records stay in place unless you ask us to delete them.

Using Interview Copilot responsibly

Interview Copilot listens to a live conversation and suggests answers grounded in the experience you have recorded. That is a genuinely useful tool and also one you can misuse, so this section matters more than the rest.

Use it only where you are permitted to. Before using Copilot in a real interview or assessment, it is your responsibility to confirm that doing so is allowed. Many employers, recruiters, and assessment platforms prohibit outside assistance, and some interviews are covered by rules you agreed to when you applied. Using Copilot where it is not allowed can cost you the opportunity and is not something we can protect you from.

Recording and consent. Copilot processes audio from your conversation. In many places — including several US states and most of Europe — capturing a conversation requires the consent of everyone in it. Those laws apply to you as the participant. You are responsible for knowing and following the rules where you and the other participants are.

It strengthens the truth; it does not manufacture it. Copilot is built to speak only from experience you have actually recorded, and it will use a placeholder rather than invent a detail it does not have. Do not use Climbora to claim credentials, employers, or results that are not yours. See our Trust center for how this is enforced in the product.

Acceptable use

Do not use Climbora to:

If someone uses Climbora to cause harm — to another person or to the service — we may suspend or close the account. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond first.

AI output and your judgment

Climbora uses AI models, including services provided by OpenAI. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or poorly judged, and it can be wrong confidently. Everything Climbora produces is a draft for you to review. You decide what to send, say, and claim, and you remain responsible for it.

Your content

Your résumé, documents, notes, and records remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can operate the service for you — for example, to run a fit analysis or ground an answer.

We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train AI models. How data is handled, what is retained, and what is never stored are set out in our Privacy notice.

Availability

We aim to keep Climbora running and improving, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change. If we make a change that materially reduces what you have paid for, tell us and we will make it right — a refund under the guarantee above is always available within its window.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Climbora develops. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and where the change affects what you have paid for, we will tell you before it takes effect.

Legal terms still to be finalised

We would rather say this plainly than pad this page with clauses we have not properly taken advice on. The following are being reviewed with a qualified lawyer and will be added here:

Until those are settled, nothing on this page limits any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
