Estimated time: 10 minutes
BEFORE YOU START

Have these ready

  • A saved opportunity with its full job description
  • A master résumé in your career profile
01

Open Tailoring

Choose Tailoring in the workspace navigation, then start a review from a saved opportunity.

02

Let Climbora compare

Climbora reads the job description against the evidence you have recorded, including any document you imported from Drive or OneDrive.

03

Read each classification

Suggestions are labelled supported emphasis, wording improvement, missing evidence, or unsupported claim.

04

Compare side by side

Supported and wording suggestions show your original text next to the proposal, why it helps for this role, and the evidence it rests on.

05

Accept or reject individually

Every suggestion is your decision. Nothing is applied in bulk, and you can clear a decision at any time.

06

Approve before exporting

Approval is explicit and covers only what you accepted.

07

Download the notes

Export creates a separate file. Your master résumé and any imported Drive or OneDrive file are never modified.

GOOD TO KNOW

Tips for a smoother experience

  • Climbora will not write résumé wording for an unsupported claim. If evidence does not back it, you see a warning instead of text you could paste.

  • A suggestion is only offered as usable wording when its quoted evidence actually appears in what you wrote — this is enforced after the model responds, not just requested of it.

  • Missing evidence is useful information: it tells you what the role wants that your record does not yet show.

  • Job descriptions and imported documents are treated as untrusted content, so instructions hidden inside them are never followed.

  • Your master résumé is never overwritten. Tailoring drafts are stored separately, one per opportunity.
